Tuna Casserole

1 Lb. Pasta
1.5 Cups frozen peas
1 minced shallot
1/2 red bell pepper
1 jar alfred sauce mixed with 1/2 a jar of milk


Top with Potato Chips

Mix. Put in 9X13. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
